Good job mate. I'd go one step further and remove the fuse from that rail alltogether. I'd solder some big ass wires and have the fuse placed outside the box, in a separate single fuse box, with guaranteed good connection. AND dust/water proof. This way, if it blows again, I wouldn't have to remove the whole fuse box to find it. Great job. Keep it up!

Прежде чем менять предохранитель, необходимо было проверить электродвигатель насоса подвески. Предохранитель просто так не сгорит. Предполагаю, что Вы всё-таки впоследствии его меняли или ремонтировали.

Hi, I said in the video that if the fuse will burnout again only then i will look for the real problem.... carbon brushes.... or else. But since then, it's almost one year passed every thing works just fine. in my case the problem was bad contacts. Thank you.

Propably some nice oily carbon stuff inside the hydraulic pump causing shorts. Depressure and take the pump out and clean it.

I have 2.2 of 2003, the problem is this, the fuse of the hydraulic pump is 40A, in two cases, when I raise the car to max or when I lower it to the stop, at comfort and up to 40km, it works normally, have you not encountered this?

That jump box is really shtty. My Air conditioner fuse contacts had melted too. Same thing, different equipments. I had put install an external fuse with a relay in series.

Hello, I have a cetarwen c4 picaso. Sometimes the servise subsension light flashes fatly, sometimes intermittently. The car was checked in several workshops and they did not find a malfunction. Some said the compressor should be changed. Some said the height sensors should be changed. Some said the electronic mind. Only at the top there is a code 1196, but it is not permanent. Is this a permanent malfunction caused by an industrial error in all cars of this model?

Buenas, comento que el auto aparte del fusible cuenta con un relei debajo del capo en la parte del acompañante, en mi caso tenia un cable cortado x lo cual el auto me quedaba al piso rígido ni subía ni bajaba controlen eso tmb xq si el relei no manda corriente la bomba no funciona saludos

Hi, Take out the fuse and check if there is a scorching on the fuse or in the housing. Or... The pumps knacker due to ingress of lds. Good Luck!

Hi dude .. thank you so much for your quick answer .. you got a new subscriber .. it's a weird problem .. it's like when i come back home from work and park the car and try the suspension buttons it will show the commands on the screen but with no response .. but in the next day when i turn on the car to go to work the suspension will work perfectly .. i will check the fuse today and I'll let you know if anything changes ..

The fuse is out.The pump will start after you change the fuse.
