This cover is amazing! How do you make these videos? I love the effects! *Can you make one for me some time?* -Oof, also would you want to do an Idol group showdown? Basically I had this idea where we choose like, an upbeat song and make our idol groups entirely cover them so it's a chorus, but then we edit them so the 2 sides are versing. If not that's cool, It was just an Idea I had XD-

The flashing image in the background is literally just a gif image, I just extend the length of it to fit the entire song. (I use Sony Vegas Pro 14.0) I use an effect called "cookie cutter" on the two images of Unity and Kanon which basically crops them in different shapes, so here I used a rectangular shape so it goes across the whole screen. Layer them over the top of the gif, adjust brightness or contrast if needed.. (So I toned down the gif because it was originally very bright). Then I render the base video before putting on lyrics and rendering it one more time. I honestly don't do *much* for my videos. Once I have SeeU activated and all my girls ready to go, I'd like to work through a few chorus' of my own first, but the idea of collabing / fake battling with other groups sounds extremely interesting! If the idea of VOCALOID groups become popular enough, you could make an actual contest, where different users use their different groups.. Have them all cover a song (whether it be the same or not) within a video and allow commenters to vote who they want to progress to the next round. My personal goal is to one day either work with someone who does amazing MMD videos/mv's or try at it myself and then eventually make videos for Team Orange covers.

I really like the idea too and if you ever feel like doing it we could, it could be like a tourney type thing because you'll have 8 in Team Citrus, and I have 7 in Team Painbow but I could always just add another! 😄 Anyway, again great video and cover!

Kanon's harmonies are a little too loud (especially in the beginning of the chorus), and I also think that you need to work on your mixing a little. The Vocaloids are kind of drowned out by the instrumental at some points. It was an enjoyable cover, these are just some things I picked up on. Do with those what you want ;)

The instrumental was causing me problems, I had to keep adjusting it's volume and was never 100% satisfied with it. If I put the volume any lower, the whole thing sounded flat, any higher and it was static-ear rape. In V4 I even put Kanon's volume down to like -3.0 and had to raise Unity's to like 5.0 cause she's just so quiet alongside other loids. I'll eventually work out the correct balance for them.

@@VocaLeigh What program do you use for mixing? Cause I'd suggest that you render all the vocal tracks seperately to make mixing them easier
