The mega-cheapies are my fave citruses! 4711 Acqua Colonia Lemon and Ginger is just exceptional! Pure lemon juice with a dash of ginger syrup. The blood orange basil and mandarin cardamom from that range are great citruses too (the entire range is fabulous actually and the bottles are so pretty too!) In a much less pretty bottle(!), the other fab cheapy is Coty Chanson D’Eau. The OG Green one smells like fresh cut grass and zingy Lime Sorbet, then drys down into a citrusy clean laundry scent ❤

Not a citrus fragrance, but my go to fragrance when I have a migraine (and really the only one I can tolerate) is Gris Charnel. I find it so soothing both for my head pain and nausea that often accompanies a migraine. My go to citrus is Terre D'Hermes Eau Intense Vetiver and I still like Light Blue Intense.

I absolutely looove Versense too! And I find that it’s a pretty long lasting one actually! But my all time favorite citrusy cologne type of fragrance (that’s very affordable) is hands down Mugler Cologne (now called Come Together). Better than Neroli Portofino IMO. And it helps with my migraines a lot just as you said. God I love your videos!❤

Great video! I got into the niche fragrance universe around 1 year ago and started building a collection to my liking slowly and consciously ever since. So I have this strict no blind buy rule, however I made an exception to the rule and purchased Cologne Imperiale from Guerlain blindly because of your recommendation in this video. It turned out to be a very successful blind buy😅 I really want to try the colognes from Geo. F. Trumper. I use to spend 80 on the loccitane lemon verbena I love love love it!! But it didn’t last over an hour! I don’t love Zara perfumes except for two! Waterlily tea Dress is a great lemon mint! And lasts longer maybe 4 hrs. (And ebony wood is great but not 🍋)

When I was pregnant I could only stomach citrus or ginger perfumes. Penhaligons Quercus was my go to. I also wear Clarins Eau Dynamisante a lot. I own many citrus fragrances including Floris Limes which is a linden blossom scent. I also like Bal d'Afrique, Chance eau Fraiche, Citrus Batikanga, Vetiver Pamplemousse, Love by Jo Loves, and many from Atelier Colgne, and Floris.

Guerlain ginger picante is amazing 😍😍 the ginger with that rose is very refreshing and the ginger note is very present. 🤤 Surprisingly this has great longevity. Projection is moderate imo. I heard its discontinued, but its available at discounters.

Sad to say Cristalle Eau Verte has been discontinued. Hoping Chanel decides to relaunch it & doesn’t change anything. It’s my favorite perfume. One other citrus perfume I like is Diorella. Have worn it for many years. It has Sicilian lime and is a floral-chypre scent. Very refreshing and great for spring/summer.

I think I found my favorite citrus of all time when I was in New York in December. First one I’ve ever owned that smells sophisticated or classy- I dunno how to explain it. Anyway, thought I’d share and curious if you’ve smelled it. It was a random encounter and I fell in love haha. It’s called L’etrog Acqua by Arquiste. It has an interesting story as well- apparently I’ve never smelled this specific citrus fruit and I guess that’s why it took me. Anyway, love love your videos!!!

Thank you for pointing out that having to respray your perfume after a time is fine and normal. I'm tired of content creators acting like BEAST MODE fragrances that last for days on end are the only scents worth a damn / everyone is looking to wear something that will stay on their body until it's scrubbed off with a Brillo pad. I'm exaggerating, but it's such a pervasive attitude in this space. As always this is a wonderful video with a unique (and much needed) perspective!
