Ingredients
40 chicken wings (drumettes & flats)
¼ cup orange juice
3 tbsp. tamari or soy sauce
3 tbsp. Tajín hot sauce
2 tsp. Tajín seasoning
1 tbsp. honey
2 tsp. garlic powder
Blackstone S.P.G Seasoning (or your preferred seasoning blend)
2 tsp. lemon zest
2 tsp. lime zest
2 tsp. grapefruit zest
Olive oil
Directions
1. In a large mixing bowl, drizzle olive oil over the chicken wings and season with Blackstone S.P.G. Seasoning. Toss the wings with tongs to coat them evenly.
2. Preheat your Blackstone Griddle to medium-high heat. Place the chicken wings on the griddle and cook, turning often, for 10-15 minutes until they are fully cooked and browned on all sides.
3. While the wings are cooking, combine the orange juice, tamari (or soy sauce), Tajín hot sauce, Tajín seasoning, garlic powder, honey, and the lemon, lime, and grapefruit zests in a large mixing bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
4. Once the wings are cooked through, pour the sauce over them and toss to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, tossing frequently, until the sauce thickens and forms a glaze on the wings.
5. Serve the wings hot, garnished with a sprinkle of citrus zest for an extra burst of flavor.
