No, Sword Commander can commander all team in CCA. CP is the lowest level team in CCA so. Commander in CP even lower than a 05 in sword. Yeah. Shock, razor and CP is same level unit. Razor will protect CP commander if their rank lower than that cp

@@NguyenVo-sr7pd It is not actually, Sword is the secret operations force and intelligence units of CCA, yes thats true SWORD's are elite, but sword CmD isnt the SeC. There is a CM and other things, aswell that SeC can lead OTA, but SWORD CmD cant.
