I love this song so much… sorry for the incoming rant, but something just dawned on me: I saw Alexisonfire live in New Orleans in 2022 where I was at the barricade directly in front of Dallas. He was maybe 5 feet from me. I saw City and Colour in 2023 in Los Angeles and then again this year in New Orleans. The crazy thing I’m realizing is that, in the states, both bands play small venues. In Canada, they play HUGE sold out arenas like this. I realize they’re from Canada, but the difference is still wild. I want them to play huge venues in the states as well since that would mean more revenue for them, etc., but I also kind of feel lucky to be such a huge fan of Dallas in the states since I know he’ll be playing intimate venues when he comes down.

I agree they should be playing in larger venues because thats were they are best experienced I have seen both Alexisonfire and City and colour as well and its great you where that close too. Well he has more reach in Canada than America which is unfortunate because he deserves a bigger audience as well.
