Back with another look at CityDriver PS5 Console Edition and this time let's take out the Tesla that isn't a Tesla and see how the EV vehicles drive!.

Small comment for anyone looking to get this game: currently features 0 wheel support (for any wheel) on PS5, many “missions” have bugs or do not finish and crash the game (I have 48 minutes played and roughly 5 game errors)- In my OPINION it has huge potential but the devs really need to sort things out especially for this price- praying for a patch and update asap

After seeing the price of this game for what little there is in the game was a fast pass for me. An the game still at this point hasn't got an update an the reviews are very bad on this game. Like will we even see updates for the game?

Probably yes, for what we paid for this game it’s okay for me personally the game but it could be better so we could expect some cool upgrades to this game so yeah I think this game is going to be better in mean time

Devs need to fix the "Taxi Driver" Mission, it's bugged and won't let you finish it so the trophy is unobtainable and thus no platinum available, I can't wait till they patch it and I can obtain it and uninstall this game.

Is the autobahn dlc on here as well or no?

This is just the base game, I don’t think the dlc is available on console as yet

Hi Tin Tin, I can't Believe that this game Isn't Coming out on Physical Disk, Im'e a bit Gutted to be Honest. But at least we have Taxi life which is coming out in February, and that looks really good. When it comes out i shall be playing it solid for hours a day mate. Enjoyed the video thanx pall.

Hi, indeed it has with the last patch. I have been applying to play through now on the PS5 without issue after the patch a couple of weeks ago

Hi I finally bought a PS5 yesterday and downloaded City Driver. After a few seconds in the game it crashes and I get a CE error. I'm really mad 'cause in no other game I get this crash. I contacted via e mail aerosoft support. How are you able to play it without crashing? It's unplayable for me!

I do mention pretty early in this video that I started to get some crashes and that I had reported them. I’m hoping we get a fix for it soon because it’s annoying. Seems to happen to me if I bring up the map during a mission

@@TinTin_57 Maybe if I don't open the map at all during gameplay it shouldn't crash? Btw I contacted support and they said they will fix it with an update

It has only crashed when I have been driving along and then opened the map to check where I am. Good that they intend to fix it, they absolutely should

One further strange thing I noticed is that the left stick on PS5 is inverted. If you push the stick up it looks down in the car/map and the opposite as well. Is this a bug?

Yeah not sure if its a bug, but, they def haven't put an option in to change it. I'm like you, would prefer to change that

I've owned a few Porsches, and I could never understand why owners and lovers of sports cars would see the attraction of an EV. However, having experienced a drive of the Porsche Taycan, the acceleration and handling is phenomenal. Many EV's of much lesser value, have immense acceleration, and if you have a home charger, you are your own fuel station and never have to stand on a floor soaked in petrol, or worse, diesel, whilst filling up!

I must admit I have driven both the Mustang MachE and recently the BMW i4 and can see the appeal so I am tempted to go EV next time

@@TinTin_57 I've always considered myself a petrol head, so I have surprised myself when I talk so enthusiastically about EV's! It's early days, and range anxiety is a huge negative for many people, but a lot of EVs will now do between 250-300 miles, so if you are not regularly doing high mileage journeys, and you can charge at home, the range isn't a problem. I'm currently driving a Polestar which will do about 280 miles. The cost in electricity is about £5 - less than the cost of a gallon of petrol!! However, without a home charger, and if dependent upon public chargers, the cost would be considerably more.

Thanks for the gameplay,. TinTin. Can you walk from one end of the city to the other, or is the game restricted to the close range of the car? In TramSim, I can only walk a few yards and then it stops me from walking away from the Tram.

@@TinTin_57 YEH!, Looks Amazing. It's Suppose to come out February 15th it says on Amazon, But In ARGOS It's saying 29th Feb. Ether way It's Feb. Unless it gets put Back. Take a look at the Gameplay Footage, The Graphics are very good, And the stuff you can do in the game is Sick, you can even talk to the passenger in the back , they ask you to open the window, And like can you turn the radio down and so on, you can fill up your Gas. EXE. thanx for the reply mate, Catch you later man. It will be interesting to see what you think pall.

@@TinTin_57 thanx Tin Tin, I had hoped it was on the base game itself cause i don't know how to get signed in to Play Station, I have tried everything to make a Sony account, Even my mate has tried, And it just wont have any of it. Oh well i still love the game, And it's still great fun to drive the routs that are on there. the normal updates just go on no problem, So i Guess the Blackpool DLC is a paid one then, Typical of these Games Company's. Cheers for letting me know though pall.
