I don't think that anyone should be giving Eric, any bunk about what yards get mowed. He does so much for his community. In my opinion, he does help the community in so many ways. He helps keeping the infestation of rats,mice, snakes and orther critters from getting neighbors yards. It also helps so that the ones who go outside can enoy theirselves without the worry of invading critters. Great job,Eric. Hope the city fixes the damage .

Years ago people used to come together as a community, its rare to see anyone do any work to better their community. Three sides of our property has neighbors like this (overgrown cattle pastures & wooded areas) unwilling to keep their land in respectable condition. I cleaned up the blackberry briars and other overgrowth of brush along the shared road into our property and planted flowers near the mailboxes. The wooded area of our lot was cleaned up for fruit trees and honeybees.. I wish more people would take pride in their community and stop pointing fingers saying its not my problem.

sometimes, the people are kept apart by HOA's management companies , that in order to embezzle the funds, will only mail meeting letters to fewer so that never a quorum etc...slowly people won't get together , .

Fill, you do a beautiful COMPLETE job in all your jobs, including picking up the leftover trim edges and overgrown grass mulch that other lawn youtubers leave behind. You're doing an awesome job, keep it up!!! Yes, it is natural fertilizer, but most of these overgrown yards are not taken care of regularly so the old grass just stays on top and turns into a yellow layer of old grass. My family and I love your videos, they inspire us to keep up our yard, plus it gives us ideas.
