Also in the bedroom, a transparent shower is inconvenient from the point of view of real life. The telescope is generally located behind the glass to probably block the normal view. And also a Jacuzzi, which stands on an elevated floor... Moreover, there are no bars, and if the character is washing, he may soon flood someone from below. It looks beautiful, of course, but I don't think that half of the decor is worth the money and the characters won't be able to use some things normally.
