@@filmingislegalmoronfilm I actually know someone who work's in the corporate division of Allied Universal and they have told me in no uncertain terms that the upper management does NOT care AT ALL about the bad publicity which they are FULLY aware of ! He told me its a $$$/number's thing an their data show's that even with these ALL of the negative interactions filmed & reported that it has absolutely ZERO effect on their bottom line profits so they could care less ! You can call and speak to customer service & supervisors etc & they may or may not take action against the employee in question DEPENDING on the nature of the complaint but MOST of the time if ANYTHING at all is done they are transferred and/or relocated at best ! Also he made it a point to tell me that the people that they are paid so poorly the VAST majority of people are the absolute dregs of society ! A huge portion of them are drug addicts, people who are borderline mentally challenged, and even people with history of psychosis/psychotic disorders [which is pretty obvious if you watch any number of interactions with them] ! The turnover rate of these low level employees is HUGE ,so as far as corporate is concerned they DO NOT care ! Also they are ONLY EVER drug tested IF they report being injured on the job so you can take that an make of it what you will !

LOL....Allied Universal is a gift that won't stop! They have such a presence on the internet on hiring idiots. The reason companies hire them is their bill out rate is so cheap because they pay out is so little to their workers. They hire people who can't spell or think. My favorite video was when the Allied idiot was at Fedex and told the auditor he could not take pictures because Fedex was part of the Federal government. The question to ask when confronted from Allied is to ask "when did you complete your GED'.

Risk Management holds the bond information on each officer, public official. A claim can be filed against their bond. If enough claims are filed or if enough of a pay out against the bond occurs the officer loses the bond and then cannot work as an officer. 👍 Contact the Risk Management department the agency of the officer you wish to file a claim and tell them you want the name of their bonding company who bonds their officers. The agency can lose their own bond if they do not give you this information. Contact the bonding company and tell them you wish to file a claim. As an approximate amount of claim to consider- Suits related to unlawful seizure have resulted in compensation of about $2000 per minute. This includes excessive seizure after completion of the original scope of the stop. Such as when one receives a traffic citation and the seizure continues because the officer attempts further investigation, questioning, fishing, etc. without RAS, reasonable articulatable suspicion of an actual crime, i.e. a public offense of which there is an injured party.

Firstly; I believe that you are one of the best auditors out there. If I had to rate your work; I would be up there with the Battousi. Please don’t be like these auditors who care more about making a buck than bringing about change. Security guards are overworked, underpaid and unappreciated. They are there just doing a job,that most of them don’t like, to just to try to feed their families. You are too good to be messing with them. That sounds very kind hearted if you, Jeff. If the security guard actually did his job professionally and correctly, then I’d agree that he should be left alone. He is not held to the standards of a cop. However, he should be held to the standards of his own job. At any level, if asked for your supervisor’s name and a way to contact that supervisor, it is part of his job to be professional and give it. If he lacks the emotional maturity to meet that standard and doesn’t give it out of spite or because he is scared of getting in trouble, then he is not emotionally mature enough to be a security guard. Even a teen working at a fast food joint would be expected to fulfill that request, so certainly he should be able to do so.

@@kbc1883 Thank you. And I see where you are going. Unfortunately; contract security doesn’t attract the best,brightest knowledgeable or experienced. It’s a stepping stone to get to something better.To add to the problem; they are sometimes abused and threatened with termination by their own agencies for not being willing/able to work 16+ hour shifts. It’s illegal; but it happens every day. It’s a terrible job. It was even bad 30 years ago when I did it. I just remember those days; and I hate it when I feel they are picked on for something they have little control of. Thanks for the feedback.

Remember that security guards are not public servants. We do not have to talk to anyone, provide any information, give our names or those of our supervisors. We are totally private citizens, not law enforcement. We have neither the authority nor the obligations that the police might.
