Alpha-Astra was all about bringing balance and stability to the universe. However Omega-Astra is from what I have heard, the opposite of that. In fact she is a world destroyer in a sense. Which makes me think Alpha-Astra has the ability to destroyed, but chosen not to. In fact it would Omega-Astra flying up and unleashing large destructive power would put Alpha-Astra is disbelief and fearful in a way.
