I only reached 50 last week with an elec/elec def (alt-aholic, love shiny new characters *shrug*), so I don’t have any experience with lvl 50 content. What would be my goal when I finally create incarnates? Plug defences/resists so I’m less squishy? Boost my support powers so I defend harder/better/faster/stronger? Is there room to do all the things with the six different slots?

So after I hit 50, hopefully I have 100-200 mil in influence either via reward merits, playing the AH, or both. With that, the first order of business is buying low-end sets, which primarily boost defense so any character is less squishy.

use bonuses to fix any problem areas with a toon. that frees up your incarnate choices to beef up your strengths. if none really help you look for anything that can help a team

I hate this game. I hate feeling weak. I hate doing everything I was supposed to yet still feeling weak. I have no control in my personal life and I can't even get any control in a virtual world even after taking all the advice of others and doing what I was supposed to. I hate being punished for no reason despite all my efforts.

Salutations. I'm sorry you feel that way. Perhaps you need enhancements on your powers? If you don't, your character will get weaker, compared to the mobs, over time. If you want to join us in the server, we can chat and find out what's going on. I've played 5 different characters to 50 and I don't ever feel weak.
