It's like here in the US.. city will always pay higher than rural.. and you also don't need a car in the city.. but you will also be paying more to live in the city.. thanks sa tips boss!

Yes, nami gid ang rural areas kay cheaper ang house rentals, and some people have backyard gardens or choose, and then kung kis-a gina offer nila for free sa FB marketplace ang sobra nga harvest nila from their backyard. Walang ganyan sa Melbourne or Sydney CBDs. 😂 Ang downside lang siguro is, kung masyado ka rural nga areas, like very small towns, medyo dutay work opportunities kag need gid ang car kay public transport is very minimal or even non-existent, dason dutay kaayo shops or layo ang shops. So ngita sila sang banwa nga daw balanse lang pagka rural kag pagka city. 😁😊 Medyo tricky no? Hehehe.
