CARVAHAL played a tough game so credit but for me , once Madrid adjusted to cover the right , he ensured nothing came down his side and thus limited City to a more predictable attack. With it only coming in from the left, and with Silva being restricted to cutting un on a weak angle, Madrid could afford - and expect - go absorb pressure knowing it wasn't really dangerous. City probed ambulance didn't penetrate. There was not one single chance I thought was major outside KDB over the bar. Not a Ancelotti masterclass but he did give them the Blueprint needed to win - the champion mentality.

It’s like he got a second wind or something and he started pushing the other players to increase the intensity and pace of the game, hence Real did so well in the second half of extra time His mental fortitude is ridiculous.
