I most certainly hope so. Makati CBD used to have old but majestic Bodhi trees on every sidewalk, but I have sadly seen them all cut down whenever a new construction project goes underway. They've all been replaced by concrete nowadays to the detriment of the area's air quality and overall livability vibe. Makati CBD now is pretty much a concrete jungle and it gets very hot during noon times. I also no longer enjoy walking around as much as I did -many- a few years ago.

I wish all the planned tall buildings to be constructed in the future would still pushed thru coz there is a possibility that all building constructions would stop due to building supply glut in Metro Manila as reported by the property business sector & some property business groups are now already selling condos at a lower price coz they find it difficult to find a buyers

Excellent video! Also, thank you for helping promote correct PHL geography. Unlike a lot of other PHL videos here that keep calling everything "Manila" just because they see concrete. It's exciting to see development in other cities such as Pasig and QC. Could this be why Tondo keeps getting ravaged by fire recently? Wealthy businessmen try to... ummmm.. "clear" the area so they could construct new condos and other buildings there too? I am sure those new structures will have very high market values... 01:40 Not a fan of the bridge design though... It looks like a worm. Is there engineering reason for its weave / spring design? 15:10 Interesting... the blue outline lights... could it be that BridgeTowne is imitating Rockwell's strategy by requiring every structure in the area to install those blue lights so the estate is easily recognizable from an aerial view? If so, that will be bad news for the Opus building as it has already installed those bright yellow-orange lights (which is Rockwell's color).

Such a beautiful place sadly nasa NCR padin so di makakatulong sa decongestion ng metro, lalo lang sisikip at dadami tao lalo nat gusto nila gawing tourist spot. Hopefully gumawa sila ng mga projects katulad sa clark, malayo sa metro. Knowing mga pinoy though yung suggestion ko sasabihin lang nila na reklamo since forbidden ang constructive criticism dito 😂
