For your reference - the tools are a GFCI outlet meter/tester with test button; a Laser Thermometer (for taking room and water temps - non body contact) and a Digital or standard Tape Measurer. I have also forwarded a checklist of items that will be reviewed during the walk thru.
Other items of note are - gas, water and electric should be on; the smoke and carbon monoxide detectors should be electrically hard wired or a 10 year sealed battery; the numbering on the apartment door and room doors should be permanent - no slips of paper; Temps - 120 for water, around 68 for rooms, fridge above 32 and below 40, freezer 0 and below. No dropped ceilings are allowed.
