Saturday April 22nd, 2023 I live in Charlotte, North Carolina. My dad likes to throw the grass clippings in the trash can Eventhough grass clippings(YARD WASTE) is a common material that is "BANNED" from the landfill. PLUS............... In some states(NC for example), throwing grass clippings in the trash can is considered a crime.

Don't say that it can be recycled. Some people will put it in their recycling can. I'm not kidding I found a whole frozen turkey in a recycling can in Illinois.
