City Ridge is a visionary redevelopment of what was formerly Fannie Mae’s headquarters in Northwest DC. One of the major challenges was figuring out how you program what was originally 250,000 square feet of office into 1.8 million square feet of mixed use development comprising a mix of office space, retail, and 690 apartments."
