Thank you for this informative video. I had never thought of working with tiles, but recently was given two really big containers of tiles and supplies. @City self-sufficiency Winkelman tiles right? I cannot find them anywhere in the US. Please let me know, I want to start with these first as they look like the tiles used in the old Roman mosaics in the Getty villa in California.

Great vedio!! I made mosaic tiles using meat packing styrofoam. I can paint any color and cut any shapes easily. But for indoor project only. Is Fimo tiles ok for outdoor?

Extreme heat/cold can ruin polymer clay and some colors may fade or darken. Even still, a lot of people use polymer clay for garden decor with no issues for years
