CityStream: Update on Seattle Seawall Project

So much of Seattle is under construction these days, from neighborhoods to under the viaduct to much of downtown. On the waterfront, especially, there've been big changes over the last few years as the Seattle Department of Transportation has been working to replace the seawall. CityStream has an update on the project, as well as a look back on some of the history of the Seattle Waterfront.
