CITYZENS CHRISTMAS SURPRISE | The Greatest Season of All

A young City supporter was the lucky recipient of our annual Cityzens Christmas Surprise campaign.
In November, we asked you to nominate your fellow Cityzens and City-loving friends or family who you felt deserved an unforgettable treat this Christmas.
Incredibly, over 2,500 Cityzens sent in their nominations for this annual tradition, making 2023 the biggest year for the campaign so far.
And 14-year-old Harry Taylor was our winner, witnessing the Big Five just hours after City completed the set with our FIFA Club World Cup triumph in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
In December 2022, Harry was rushed to Manchester Children’s Hospital for emergency bowel surgery.
After multiple surgeries and complications, including a week on a ventilator in an Intensive Care Unit, he spent a total of six months at the hospital before being discharged.
Thankfully, Harry is now back at school and continuing his recovery, with support from his family including big brother, Joe.
It’s been a difficult year for the 14-year-old, so the Club were keen to ensure it finished in the best possible fashion.
With this in mind, our five trophies paid a surprise visit to Harry and his family as part of our ‘Greatest Season’ campaign.

Things like this is why manchester city football club is one of the best clubs out their, not only on the field are they the best football team, but then off the field they are one of the greatest clubs going, these 5 trophies have never been held domestically in English football at one time, yet the first place they go straight off the plaine before the Etihad stadium is to this lovely family who have had a difficult year! Pure class from the club and won't really get spoken about by media who continually slag the club off and say cheats this, money that ect ect, well this is why we are the best , the fans, manager, player and club as one!!
