500 gr pipettes and hearts (chicken organs without liver)
2 onions,
1 carrot,
parsley and/or green dill 1 bunch,
50 ml oil,
2-3 spoons of wheat flour,
salt and pepper to taste.
Heat the oil, add the chopped onion and carrot. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper. After they have softened, add the chicken organs. I spice them up a bit too. We pour 200-250ml of hot water and let them cook well for 1 h. Mix 2-3 tablespoons of flour with cold water and pour over the chicken organs. Mix and leave for another 3-4 minutes. If the sauce is too thick, add a little hot water. I sprinkled the greens on top and the food is ready. It goes well with polenta and a hot pepper. Good appetite!
