Considered one of the most seminal youth crew bands, Gorilla Biscuits’ music is revered within the New York City youth, skate, art & hardcore punk scenes. With the help of Roger Gastman, CIV has released “A Roadie’s Tale”, a book on CIV’s experience touring the U.S. for Youth of Today’s ‘Break Down the Walls’ tour in 1987. Just realizing that this was recorded before those shows at the Monarch... Shows which I didn't know about until I saw the video from one of the nights pop up on KZbin. Had this interview been released earlier, I would have known about the show, the book release, and the book signing... Ahhh, it simply doesn't pay to be a passive (read: lazy) fan.
