I've used this civic ( oriel manual ) for about 3 years and it gives me the average of 13 in city and 17 on long routes which is incredibly great, also do mention that there are some very minor differences between the 2006/07 models like the light in the sunroof button etc.

The differences you’re talking about are not in base grade, every top of the line variant has light in the sunroof button irrespective of the transmission
