Cheaper, and they use the same exact GM flex fuel sensor as the PRL one. Couldn’t justify spending more for essentially the same thing.

hey man, recently discovered your channel, great content, I can't believe your viewer count isn't much much higher. I'm debating between buying a flex-fuel kit or just using the phearable tune on my otherwise stock(except for hondata) type r. If my logic isnt flawed, im thinking they would actually make very similar power(phearable stage 2 vs hondata flex fuel base map) but the flex fuel would open me up to significantly more power if i got a custom tune and maybe the hondata fuel system down the road at some point. would love to hear your thoughts.

Thanks for the support man. I think you might benefit more from the Phearable tune vs the Hondata flex fuel basemap. If you go with a custom tune on flex fuel you will definitely make more power than the Phearable tune.

Are you doing a custom tune with phearable? I’m on 93 FBO with his stage 2. Previously I had the PTR flex fuel kit using a basemap and D rob convinced me it’s not worth running ethanol on the stock fuel system and you can make almost the same gains on 93 without over working your fuel system. Curious what your plan is!

Currently working on a custom E30 tune. I installed the XDI high pressure fuel pump and a Deatschwerks 300c low pressure pump as well.
