thank you for the lesson. I have only centerline points at 20 meter interval though i want to create an alignment to match the design alignment as per our project but i don't know the curve, and spiral entities though i know that the road is 4.625 km and whenever i create an alignment, the length of the alignment always less by about 6 meters. is there a solution to this?

you can use element method to get the exact length.

Suppose I have alignment starting from ch 1km to 30km in between I want to cut my alignment let's say km 6 to 7 km and 12.5 to 13.8km with affecting my alignment station Is it any way to fix it ??

Yes you can use masking tool if you want to hide certain part of your alignment.
