For number 18, I think the correct answer would be letter A, wherein household and industrial sewage and wastes, since I think there isn’t a river near a mining waste, and I think industrial sewages and households are most likely to be near by a river. Though I’m still not sure, just a thought.

I think the answer number 4 po is A. freedom from discrimination. Upon reading the article po, the right to participate is more participation in policy-making and decision making. When we talk about freedom from discrimination is all about equality regardless of ethnicity, sex, religion, etc. In the problem stated, government agencies preferred to hire men over women. There's a discrimination occurred. That's my opinion lang po.

18.) Correction: A. household and industrial sewage and waste My reasoning: Mining waste is correct but in our case in the philippines, maraming bahay and even communities ang nakatira near rivers. Also, marami rin agricultural wastes especially coming from small scale to big scale farming like piggeries, dairy and poultry. Also effluents coming from factories especially yung mga food production like canning etc contributes to the pollution. Another example to support my answer is yung case from bangladesh and india which is the ganges river. It is heavily polluted due to untreated sewage dumped into the river, industrial waste, agricultural runoff, remnants of partially burned or unburned bodies from funeral pyres, and animal carcasses.

Question #10 ... I think it is A. not sure kung bakit 1972 yung piniling year na nasa option pero ang nakalagay sa Section 2 ng EO 163 is "at least 35" baka kasi luma na yung pinanggalingan nitong question na ito. Besides, walang sinasabing bawal mag-appoint ng tao that came from an NGO since hindi naman sila elected officials at wala din ang word na NGO sa EO.
