Hi Elizabeth, thank you for your video. I have a pre-recorded online interview that I have to complete within a week. I have booked a free consultation with you for tommorow. Can you please advise whether I should be looking at my webcam or the computer screen for this online interview and whether im allowed to have sticky notes on the screen during the interview for bullet points? I look forward to discussing coaching options with you later today. Whether you should look at your webcam or computer screen depends on the device you are using and whether the webcam is. Some devices position the webcam at the bottom of the screen which is not a good angle (camera looking up nose!) and it might be better to raise the device. You need to test it out and see what looks better. Try and get a wider framing if at all possible as I demonstrate in the video. Absolutely, you are allowed to have notes for the interview but it is better not to look as if you are reading notes. Having some sticky notes positoned around the screen can work well.

hey, i have been given a video interview based on strength and behaviours but they havent specified which behaviours from the 9, how should i prepare

You need to reach out to contact on the job advert/specification as it is normal for them to specifiy the Behaviours. Additionally, from the Behaviours you will be able to know they Strengths. Meanwhile look at the job criteria and try and match the job criteria to the Behavours so you can start preparing whilst you wait for a reply. For example if it says, 'you will be leading a high performing team' Leadership is likely. Or ' you need to be able to delivery a programme of high quality work to a ambitious timetable' then Delivering at Pace is likely. Good luck with the interivew.

Hi there, I have a Teams interview for an AO position, should I be worried as you say these are usually pre-recorded.

No I think a live interview on Teams is always better and more natural than a pre-recorded video interview. I hope it goes well :)
