Sir, Gone through both videos. I am not worry about time. I will make construction up to plinth label then the next activities will start after some months. in this case should I use PPC in below ground pillers and plinth label tie beam? Or it's a rule of thumb that, OPC has must to be used in this case? If possible please answer. Sorry to take much your valuable time.🙏

Thanks for your valuable feedback 🤗 Use Dr. Fixit in all segments of ground floor such as from foundation to slab. You can use PPC also in all segments of house. But for column remember that de-shuttering is not less than 24 hours.

53 kyu beacause it is very fine and very expensive, 53 grade cement used big construction like (Bridge, mol dam) etc....
