you have to put a support on all parts that rests on soil. the model is correct except for placing the supports.

I have already design by surface thickness and load provided by d.l and Live load(Member load Gx, Gy axis) but analysis and print called errors. How to solved it?

How about Earth pressure and I think it's not correct to assign Live load directly to the stem
