A nice presentation. I have seen earlier presentations also. I presume that while defining slab /four noded elements, orientation of element is ignored, may be because the load is defined in Global Y direction. If local axes are used to define element loads, the element orientation plays an important role as a single command for element load cannot be given as shown in staircase examples. For high rise buildings it is necessary to consider seismic as well as wind loads also. For such a high rise building, generally, raft or mat foundation is provided with parking facility in basement floors. It will be interesting to see how the basement and raft is modeled in STAAD Pro. Will you please ?

Ya definitely we need to consider wind load and seismic load for this structure but for the example I was taken DL LL FL

sir, why you are not considering the wind loads ?? seismic loads its not needed ??

In the examples of multistorey buildings, water tank at roof level and lift shaft, shear wall modeling has not been shown alongwith soft storey considerations as specified in seismic codes.
