Sir, kya G+3 mein 12-13 ft ke distance pe 9''x24'' ka column chal jaega ? seismic zone V hai, architect 12"x18" bol raha hai aur structural engineer 9"x24" kyunki brickwall 9" ki hai. Please help

Jo structural engineer bol raha hai wo sahi hai, kyu ki wo us design ki responsibility lega. Kal ke din yadi kisi structural part me defect aayega to ye puri responsibility us structural engineer ki hogi. Isi liye drawing and design me structural wale ka seal and sign hona chahiye

Sir, I need some guidance, I am construction 3 storey building for my residential purpose , Footing net size is 6 ft x 6ft and depth is 6 ft and column size is 10 x 12 inches and reinforcement is 6 nos 16 mm and 2 nos 12 mm with 6 cm stirup distance with 8 mm size. Please provide some suggestion that will it bear load of. 3storey building or need to change something
