He needed to drive up ahead stop oncoming traffic to create big gaps for ambulance since street is so narrow and the where he stops the oncoming he stops same lane ang crates a new gap and when ambulance catches up he drives up and down same again until road is wider… What he did now didn’t do much for the ambulance….but good attempt!
