I was in my third playthrough of civ6 just now and I went from almost dropping the game cuz I didn't understand the basics at all despite watching guides, to almost doing an insane comeback. This video is 7 years old now but it still helped me today. Looking very forward to my next playthrough, now that I know how to shorten the buildtimes of stuff. Thanks man! Gonna look at the food video next

you can add +4 to your theoretical maximum if instead of having torres del paine within the 3 tile hexagon of your city it was just outside, giving double yield to 3 tiles and without loosing the full yield from 2 tiles.
@yaredreinarz32444 жыл бұрын
so just move torres del paine 2 cells to the right, and build mines where it was

in fact with trade road, you always can add one more road to get some extra production

This was a great video. What about doing video on maximum production on a city with a population of 10 that has enough food? This would be useful to determine how fast you can get reasonable production early in the game. That way we can learn how to play better. Because the problem with mines they don't provide enough food. Sometimes it is better to have a tile that has 2 food and production.
@SeriousApache7 жыл бұрын
I remebmer Civilization Beyond Earth, when you improve Titanium with mine, you can get +10 production from it(with Alloy Foundry and completing quest). If you search so much, you eventualy find spot for city, where you can work at least 3 Titanium mines (if you are lucky - even 4 or 5). And this is without agreement which give you additional yields form strategic resources.
@SentinalhMC7 жыл бұрын
Yeah you could get a lot of production from a single tile in BE

Production is how you build anything in your cities. The more production a city has the faster everything builds. Units, buildings, districts, wonders

The theoretical maximum is 4 higher if the Torres del Paine is just outside your city providing boosts to only three tiles. Looking at the difference; seven tiles of 7 production which is 49 vs five tiles of 9 production which is 45.
@TheAntoine1857 жыл бұрын
The pantheon where the followers give +1% production / follower is actually huge because, instead of Cin V, there is no limit of followers in Civ VI. Late game, if you have a city with 20 followers, it gives you +20% production. If you can reach the 30, it will be +30% production. The % production belief bonus is added after the base production from disctricts and yields and before the % pruduction bonus from amenities

I found this video because Ive managed to get 348 in my capital and wondered what the maximum is. A combination of governers, industrial triangle and policy cards can get 350 odd without even thinking about it tooooo much. I only thought about the triangle after I saw it was possible. No city states fwiw so maybe that be in increased.

Hey guys, new to this, so I lack a bit of understanding. This is ALL applicable to one city centre? Being new and a scrub I built a second city centre close enough and their yellow tiles connect, does that give me access to the resources of the first one as well?

awesome, thanks! waited for it (: i wonder how the industrial zone fits in the triforce city design, using the mine based adjacency bonuses. with this in mind, do you tend to build them outside the district core area or on the edges of the outer triangle? do you build any mines adjacent to the one inner industrial zone with the regional bonuses?
@SentinalhMC7 жыл бұрын
When you do the Triforce you pretty much end up ignoring most of the special adjacency in favor of district adjacency. Playing Japan is recommended.

Why after i stablish mi city on a 3 production yield i see that now i produce 2 production? Dont understand why i loose one production point please help
@SentinalhMC5 жыл бұрын
That depends on what was contributing to the yield. If you build a city on a forest then it'll get bulldozed, lowering the production by 1.

Here's the thing, by assuming that you are getting Relic bonuses, thereby meeting you're playing as mvemba, you are locking yourself out of a religion. True enough you could get that follower belief by having your city converted to the religion with that follower belief, but in doing so you lose your Pantheon. Unless I'm mistaken, Congo, God of Craftsmen, and the follower belief our kind of mutually exclusive; you can only pick two of the three.
@SentinalhMC6 жыл бұрын
Religion is pretty crap in Civ6 anyway.

They are, but they're being extremely secretive about it and the prototype for it that exists in the live game is very weak compared to even Civ V's.
