Great majority of buildings in absolutely all cities built during Soviet era in particular precast panel structures, are deficient in cement in concrete mix, deficient in reinforcing bars, extremely poor in workmanship due to stealing building materials sold for private use for profit. These are extremely poor quality buildings not suitable for human occupancy… As for buildings built or being built further to collapse of the Soviet Union, visual observations indicate they lack the absolutely most basic requirements, standards of internationally recognized Building Codes for safety, egress, etc.
