बहुत बढ़िया वीडियो थी आपकी। जो मुझे बहुत अच्छी लगी। बहुत कुछ सीखने को मिला है। मैने बना बनाया मकान लिया है। लेकिन उसमे समझ नही आ रहा था कि उसमे सबसे पहले क्या करवाऊं क्या न करवाऊं? वो आपने तरीका बताया। टाइल्स के बारे में सही जानकारी दी। जो नही मालूम थी। क्योंकि मुझे भी लगवानी है। सबसे बड़ी बात होती है, सही नाम की। जिसको जिस नाम से जाना है। अगर वही चीज ही न मालूम हो। तो अपने कांट्रेक्टर को क्या बताओगे। सामने वाला सही से समझ ही नही पाएगा। जैसे:- दीवार के नीचे वाली तरफ लगने वाली टाइल्स को skirting बोलते है। जो मुझे नही मालूम था। ऐसे ही बहुत से जगह के नाम और मैटेरियल नामो की जानकारी दी है आपने। आपका बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद🙏

भाई टाइल लगाने फायदा भी है कॉस्ट कम है लगवाने में लाने में लुक भी अच्छा देती है और लाइफ की बात करे तो 50 साल की है मार्बल अच्छा है तो उसकी लाइफ 100साल की है टाइल लगवाने से पहले अच्छे से फ्लोर को सीधा लगवाए कोई स्लोप न दिलाए फ्लोर आपका एक दम एकुरेट लेवल हो उसके बाद फ्लोर को अच्छे से तीन चार दिन या हफ्ता उसकी कुरिंग करे पानी मारे उसके बीच कोई काम न करे डस्ट वाला एक हफ्ते बाद आप उसको अच्छे से धोए साफ पानी से और उसके बाद आप टाइल ग्लू अधेसीव से गुरमला से लगाए अधेसीव आपका ड्रिल से बनाए और अधेसीव इतना पतला रखे की किसी भी चीज पे डाले तो एक दम से पकड़ करे उसके बाद आपकी टाइल 50 से 70year काम करेगी आप टाइल kjariya की डबल पॉलिश की ले विट्री फाइड हो या सिरेमिक हो अच्छे से लगवाए मिस्त्री व्ही ले जो गुरमला से काम करने वाला🎉 हो

You have to remove it and clean the area and brush it by wire brush don't use cement u can use readymade cement masala to fix wall tiles.

Thanks. In my earlier house I had done marble tiling, so called macrana adanga.I am not sure. This work was done way back in 1993. Approximately, it had cost me around @ Rs110/- inclusive all expenses. At my present residence,where I have shifted 18 years ago, flooring was alredy done with marble. I don't know type but till now it's quality is good, considering it is fixed by builder. By the way I am a resident of Borivali, Mumbai.

What's about Makrana marble like Dungri or Chak Dungri, Albeta, Kumari, of course without filling.. Per reports, calcium content is beyond 90% in Makrana.. As a result, no chopping, pin holes, or yellowish over time,provided its pure Makrana, from genuine Makrana godown owners... True cost is higher, but still less than Imported and Italian marble is very high with chemical treatment for cracks, as cracks are natural in imported marble.. But overall, tiles cost competitive, various options, texture and quality is very good, whilst risks of cheating, poor quality, fillings, all apparently the factors tilting balance in favour of quality tiles...

Good but the labour rates quoted by you are too low. Presently tile fixing in Delhi is about ₹ 50 Sq Ft. (Flooring) + Material Cost... So please recheck the prices, by this video - the people will be misguided ... 😌
