Are Romans anywhere near as “Adventurous” they and everyone claims they are? Also, y’all didn’t purchase a “$1” Italian home? I bet a decline in rape, murder, and pillaging is part of the reason the earthquakes and erosion were effective relocation motivations. How do they ensure everyone leaves the town at closing? I’d be tempted to hideaway and explore everything at night. Then sleep 😴 somewhere with an awesome view of the ✨. If only they had sailed to South America and met the Inca. Then they would know how to build terraces to stop erosion, increase crop area, and filter/store water. Notice the dark haired Italian (possibly, possibly not) woman look back (judgmentally) at the American woman out of breath. I had a friend teach English in Paris. The students made fun of him for being a fat American. Dude was literally a successful model and House DJ so I’m pretty sure they call any American fat cheeseburger eaters. Y’all need to find an old Italian couple or large family to eat dinner with. Tell them you will buy the ingredients and (most) importantly wine if they cook it or help you cook it.
