Telah lihat sejarah dulu di mana Mahkamah dan judicary di pengaruhi oleh kuasa2 politik eg Pemecatan Arwah Tun Salleh Abas as Ketua Hakim Negara. Now di bawah PMX beliau tidak pernah menekan or pengaruh keputusan mahkamah . Mahkamah now is totally free dan merupakan eksekutif yg terkuat dlm perkembagaan Malaysia.
