How to set up different shipping times for CJ on eBay ?

The item I listed on my EBay store estimated delivery time states 7-15 days but when I view the product on eBay the delivery time isn’t showing instead its asked for customers to contact the seller I set my shipping policies to match that of CJ shipping, I don’t know why the product shipping times isn’t showing as I want can you help

Can you explain how to handle returns better? Should I keep the returned item myself and eat the cost and then sell it again? Not having a good return policy will detour a lot of customers.

Hey, 😊 You don't have to do that. It all depends on your supplier's return policy, your policy, and the return reason. You can present the buyer with the same options your supplier gives you. You can also ensure that the buyer is not fraudulently asking for a return. If the return is legitimate and you convinced your supplier to approve it, then you can accept it in your store and just ask the buyer to do what your supplier is asking you. When you get a return label send it to the buyer and let them return the product; make sure it's trackable and only refund them when the supplier notifies you that they received the return. This will not happen in all cases. Sometimes you'll just have to refund the buyer and let them keep the product, other times you give them a partial refund and they keep the product and in some cases, you have to fight back. It all depends on your judgment. Their products are good and the arrangement is good, but they have a big problem, which is the technical support only responds to you, what solves your problem. The biggest problem is that their application does not work to sync with the inventory in Shopify, woo commerce, and nothing else. This exposes you to losses because the customer buys a product and finds a product in CJ. There is no or has been removed, it is not useful to work with them And this is a problem that exists synchronizing inventory. I have lost a lot of customers. They buy from my store and find that in CJ there is no product that has been removed or the product is zero and in my store is still in the thousands.

If you are selling on eBay, you can use the Global Shipping Program or HipShipper where international orders will be sent to their US warehouses and then, they'll be responsible for shipping them to your buyers outside the US.
