He did wrong. He owned it. Learned from it. Took his punishment. Kept working hard whilst away. Im happy he is back. I really think that he is back because the Lions felt he would respond the way he has and believed that he is worth the risk. They don't bring in people with issues because they don't have that built up trust from seeing them everyday. I think that if Sutton had turned himself in the day they had the conversation he could have been kept.

Gambling is an addiction!! He acknowledge his mistake, but hopefully he accepts his addiction as what it is!! The 1st step to quiting is addmitting you have a problem!! Recovery for ANY addiction is an endless road and it starts with lots of bumps, curves and even some nasty potholes!! I wish him the BEST!!! And YES, I am speaking from experience!! Not the same addictions but the point remains the same. 22 years and counting!!!

I agree with you, I actually thought cause the ones suspended were rookies unaware of the rules, but now hear differently! I'm with you, the whole it was a mistake, like a drunk driving offense, no it's a choice, why wait til someone gets hurt or dies, before we realize we should look at any alternatives other than driving!! Yes I know they're different, just needed to vent on the whole mistake thing!!

I am not convinced he is going to make the team after the addition of Vaki. I know Vaki is expected to be an RB and Moore is a S but really what both guys are or can be are special teams aces.

i think you underestimate his ability on special teams, for the first two seasons he was with us. dude was a huge loss to our specials teams not being there him and jrm were hands down the best.
