For those paying attention- this loss should not be surprising. This is a very good team - not a great team yet. This team will make the playoffs, but how far we go depends on some accountability. Larry Tunsil’s false starts are now unacceptable. It is taking points off the board. The competition and players returning from injury means we will likely win next week. But this beat down this week should help some folks to calm down, chill out on the Super Bowl or bust expectations and be more realistic about where we are. Love the fighting spirit. Love the no quit approach- but too many unforced errors, and too much inconsistency to win at this level.

The Vikings also dominated the Giants in the season opener. They can beat bad teams too. The Vikings have trailed for just over three minutes in their first three games. No one here in MN expected that.

Production note: audio during post game conference is always very low (not sure if this is on Texans end or your end), but I have to crank up volume, and when ads pop up or you are commenting on what's being said at the podium, it blows out my ear drums! Vikings fan here. I think the Texans have a very good team. They have a great deal of talent on both sides of the ball. The just ran into a Vikings team that is playing incredibly well right now. It's just one game. And you don't have to play the Vikings again.

Justin Jefferson is really good at getting open. He often looks like he was left uncovered when he was actually double teamed. He has made many a good defensive back look like a rookie.

The Vikings really loaded up on the defensive front in the off season. Losing Kirk Cousins freed up over $30 million to sign other players. Sam Darnold is playing as well or better than Cousins and is paid a whole lot less. The Texan's offensive line will look a lot better when they aren't playing the Vikings.

It is hard to double team anyone on the Vikings defensive front. They have so many good edge rushers that double teaming one will usually let someone else run free. They have a lot of sacks this year.

Vinings D is legitimate OT- Starts with slowick and his horrible play calling this season . Then add lazy Tunsil who has become so lazy he needs to be punished for it. Didnt show at practices pre season now hes lazy after getting paid and is costing so many penalties its a joke. I wouldn't mind trading him for whatever we can get, if his punishment doesn't change his ways.

Looked like some fakers out there today. Enough blame to go all around, but Tunsil’s name is brought up every week…….. I said he needed to lose his Captain’s patch last week and people got offended. A Captain can’t have 5 individual penalties. First time I have seen CJ visibly frustrated too. Got the ugly game out the way, hope they can tighten up (PAUSE)

Let's see...Tunsil a top 3 left tackle with multiple false starts because he's getting his ass handed to him every snap so he cheats on the snap...he is chronic with this shit and today he was really exposed....next....Stingley being touted as a "lockdown corner".....no frigging way...he's been milk toast this season...Texans covering Jefferson with Murray and Ward and they still get lit up....you've got to be kidding me 😂....things aren't going to change unless players are benched....penalized monetarily....

Patience with your offensive line might pay off by the end of the year. Let Tunsil work through it. Every player has down games. Giving up on a player after a bad game or two might bring change, but it may not be change for the better.

Demeco has a problem since he’s a player’s coach because he’s defending his players all of the time. He doesn’t seem to make them accountable for their mistakes. He’s doing this press conference protecting his players and smiling . In one of his statements, he says ‘we need to take the loss and move on’. Never did he mention that they need to take corrective actions and fix the mistakes they made on the field.

If under duress wasn't a thing than every time you clocked the ball it would be a penalty as the ball is not going past the line of scrimmage, there is nor receiver near it, and the QB is between the tackles. Houston got whipped and you are making excuses...
