Luckily that was just testing order to see quality of product and shipping service. But bit scare to use for my customer.

I too was testing them out but after 30 days to get 3 items i changed my mind. Aliexpress got them beat. My only concern with this whole ecommerce drop shipping how can we even make a profit if a customer can on aliexpress themselves and get the same thing at aliexpress price than our price

For me, the big difference between the Aliexpress VS CJ Dropshipping is the exorbitant price of delivery. Effectively, the price of the product is cheaper but the delivery is really too expensive. On several products that I wanted to source on CJ, the product was worth less than 10$ and the delivery between 15 and 19$ 😱WooW 😱...With prices like that, it's difficult to do business. Maybe it's because of COVID19 but for now, for me, CJ is not the solution i prefer stay with Aliexpress.

First I thought CJ is having all items in stock, but that's not the case. In the video you are also saying you work with different vendors and you are like Oberlo + Aliexpress. The advantage of Aliexpress is that you are in control which vendor you choose, you can check their quality and reviews, you can switch when they messed up and you know which ones did great in the past. All this is not possible on CJ. There is a huge potential for Suppliers with China and US warehouses but they need to have a solid and easy to use backend, only trustworthy vendors, better prices and the option to stock and customize items. You are on a good way but right now there is a lot to improve.

I have a question that will determine if ill use CJ, 1 is why you have attractive shipping times but your REFUND POLICY COVER only after 45 days for example to us? (how will I know if your shipping time are accurate or true for my understanding order can arrive after 38 days) and I have a headache from customers & you are covered by your refund policy, while your shipping time states 15-20 days for example?

Yes it is but right now I'm not sure if any ecommerce business can make it because the cov19 is getting worse and flight resources have become a problem over in China with delivery time 20 to 30 days so we cannot put blame on any of the shopify drop shippers at this point at least I can give them credit for updates on shipping fee's and delivery times
