Whenever you have a problem employee it’s like a cancer for your business. For your business to survive you need to cut out the cancer. Bosses need to be Bosses like Parents need to be Parents. You did the right thing. Sleep well. 👍❤️

You did the right thing not the wrong thing . Go home and have a pleasant evening. I was a day care owner and had to fire a friend of over 40 yrs. But she stole over $1200 and blamed it on her husband when he told me she gave the money to her daughter for gambling in Mesquite and then lie to me so I asked the court to get her to pay for it.It cost me a girlfriend but she thought that she was going to get away.with it and she didn't. She had to pay me more it was her own fault

Don't feel bad about what went down with a former employee, as you said he was given multiple chances. If he crossed the line he needs to go, you need to have a good working environment for the rest of your employees or you will have serious problems. I watched the entire vlog and I was wondering if you have ever installed a dual front and rear dash cam? I want to buy one but not sure which brand to get, plus one that is pretty easy to install. Any suggestions would be great.

CJ, I wish all employers were like you. It is always good to know how people feel about how businesses is run, company rules, communication, etc... The person chose to be fired. Straight up!!! If they had multiple warnings & still chose to make a wrong choice then the writing is on the wall. I am sorry that happened to you. Good employer's are just as hard to find as good employees. To work as a unit all need to communicate, listen, & work together with dignity and respect. Your Dad would be and I know is proud of you. Blessings, 🍃🌼🍃 Grandma

As a business owner, it's difficult to have to fire people. I never take it lightly because it does have an affect on their spouse and children. However, I also keep in mind that each person has to take responsibility for their actions. I have no tolerance for disrespect and that will get an employee fired faster than anything else up to and including a person's attendance.

Thank you for sharing CJ. I've had personal fights to stand up for rights... It's not easy when in Australia it's the perpetrators that are protected. 😡😡😡😡. But glad to say... My voice was heard & at the end of the day the people involved were caught. 1. Made changes in situations that would stop bulling towards children. 2.Helping make changes that people working in certain areas have proper training. And bringing to light Bullying & what can happen when certain non for profits don't have high standards & don't care about clients - their needs & even general basic care. It's WONDERFUL to see that your company has QUALITY MANAGEMENT from the TOP ... Which means QUALITY staff(some glitches) which means QUALITY PRODUCTS 💚👍👍🇦🇺😁

Sometimes it is just time for a change in life. Having to fire someone is never fun but on the flip side of it. The opportunity for that person to make a change in their life and become a better person for it in the end is up to them. There are some very inappropiate things to do/say at your job and being a bully (for lack of a better word) is not okay period. You handled it just fine. Cj, I must say you did the right thing. As a manager myself I know where you are coming from and I have dealt with employees like that before. It's a very hard decision to make but at the same time, you still have to do what is best for the rest of your employees. Verbal warnings and written warnings only work for a short time. If that person doesn't value their job and the people they work with then they don't belong to have that opportunity,. Also on that note, I truly love your videos sharing your life with us. Seeing your hard work and dedication towards success is true happiness.

I was a manager at a restaurant and had to politely and firmly ask employees to leave a couple of times and even customers when it was necessary. I suffer from a anxiety that is triggered by confrontations, but I have learned that when confrontations can not be avoided to stand my ground and not let that person know that I'm completely freaking out inside. You did the right thing, I know in that after things calmed down it might not feel that way but someone that is willing to be unnecessarily disrespectful should not be in any business where they are around customers. Love seeing everyday life videos more then the other because it makes you seem more human, lol!

Thank God your who you are..... im glad your filming your roots.... randonautica became too much. Theirs so many fake video's out their its hard to tell the real ones now. One thing I've always loved about you is you 100% genuine ❤ and don't bullshit your fans. I use to work in a rehab/mission.... I was a counselor and had to write people up. Basically calling them on their shit. You had to call this person in a room and give them constructive criticism on what they had done wrong and then assign them chores or writing an essay on what they did and what they learned. It was so hard for me but it taught me true life skills in conflict situations.... you did the right thing 👏 we just got a yamaha big bear 400 4x4 ive always loved riding. Your atv can am or the razor is a dream of mine to one day own. Atm my old yamaha with a nice racing pipe 😆 will do.
