In the last 10 years, first time I saw the precedings of a Brave, Bold and honest Judge in CJI Post, delivering THE VERDICT. Honesty Restored, Democracy Restored, Judiciary reputation redeemed , Common people trust in System restored. Hats off to CJI and fellow Judges and the Judiciary for being upright and heard the deprived voice of citizens, The Tamils. Indian Judiciary stand tall as a Role Model to the entire world , passing a judgement completely ignoring Authority and power , considering only FACTS and MERITs of the case, which is not the case in the western world.
