When you mushroom the heads of the master link there is actually a spec they should be mushroomed too that you check with a micrometer. This way you know you know the master link isn’t too loose and will come off, or too tight and bind the chain. Loving the build so far, keep up the good work 👍🏻

Not sure what the % of glycol is mixed with what % of destiled water in those coolant bottles but keep in mind that high % of glycol compared to destiled water will cause overheating issues in these aprilias! Ive already heard from a couple of sources already they had to return the bike to the dealers and have them drain the coolant and have a new mix with higher water to glycol ratio compared to factory to solve the issue. So far, I'm really enjoying these rebuild videos of yours. Keep up the great work :)

CJ..I recomend you a carbon swing-arm protector/cover.....so u can "fix", easy way, that huge scratch on the left side. Ur work here is going great and that defect doesn't match with the rest of this amazing bike.

Yo love the progress of this rebuild. Just a heads up that coolant from Aprilia is terribleeee. I have had a 2021 and 2022 Aprilia rsv4 and both were overheating with the oem coolant.I strongly suggest switching to engine ice. Ask any 21+ rsv4 owner
