Exotic Exports - Mistakes you’re making and how to fix it (GTA Online Los Santos Tuners DLC Update)

Hello everyone. There’s a lot of confusion going around with the exotic exports list and after a few very frustrating days of only finding 1 or 2 of them we’ve finally got some insight on to what is causing cars to not spawn.
We’ve identified some things that we are doing wrong that may be causing cars to not spawn at all, such as delivering cars out of order and / or doing missions, and so on.
In this short video I’ll explain some of the tips that helped us complete the full list 2 days in a row.

Anyone who is coming to this video after downloading the Expanded and Enhanced edition - the exports are entirely bugged at the moment, I’m unaware of any fix for it. Hopefully rockstar will identify and correct this issue soon!

thank you very much for making this great video. I've been trying for months to find all 10 cars in a day. And I still couldn't. I watched so many videos on youtube but nothing worked really well. Your video is better than any other. You are the only one who explains everything to the last detail and there were things I did wrong. I tried your method today and it worked really well. About 3 hours of play I already had 6 cars which I never made it before. Unfortunately when looking for the 7th car there was transaction pending all the time after a few minutes the game crashed. Tried searching in other sessions again but like you said you are screwed. Be sure to use your method in the next few days and I'm sure I can find all 10 of them.

Thank for the advises, I was trying from beginning and I reached regularly 7, 8 or 9 cars. But I was always stucked somewhere not receiving the las blue dots. Because of you I reached the ten cars today, I was always screwed by the nightclub. each time I have a blue dot, I disable my CEO, for not being called by Dave or Tony, and enable the CEO after delivering the cars I made it in less than 2 hours.

Cjshisno7 Yeah I did the same thing yesterday before I searched for your video. Went in this morning and went straight through it in about an hour and a half. Had a couple of moments like your wife did in that while delivered a vehicle and could see my next one ready before I actually dropped off the current spawn. Neither was in proximity to me. I also stopped twice for passed out guards. One while on a delivery. I recognized because of your video that the game only knew it as an air freight spawn and that I should eliminate it as a factor. Wasn't t bad at all, but I'm not sure if I'd have pressed on after yesterday without your video. I really appreciate the help you provided. I'm sure you're often asked but what console do you play on or are you on PC? I ask because I'm an avid GTAer and would always be happy to help you and the Mrs's if I can ever return the favor.

It means a lot too because we're a really small channel here lol like only 1,500 subs and when we can make a difference it's really cool. My whole circle of friends plays on Xbox currently, hopefully when they release the expanded and enhanced version they'll support cross play but as for now I don't think we could do Xbox / PC. If you wanted to return the favor just send my video or recommend it to anyone else you know who's sorta stuck. The support would mean the world because it's next to impossible to compete with the bigger GTA youtubers.

I have not been able to get any exotic exports to spawn. I've unlocked it with KDJ, and see the cars on the board, but they just never spawn. I get blue dots for sleeping guards, evidence briefcases with cops near it, or drug cars that need to be delivered. But the exotic exports never show up. Searching online, I've seen that you need to have air freight turned on on your map blip options, but air freight is not on the map lip options anymore. I've also heard that you need to have rival jobs or something to that effect turned on in the map blip show and hide options, which I do have it turned on. I don't know what else to do. No matter what I do I cannot seem to get any of those cars to spawn.

If you do deliver a car in the middle of it, can you just switch sessions or relaunch the game? Or is it just messed up for the whole period?

How do you get the list to change ? I got all 10 cars a night ago and when I logged in it was the same list I completed but one of the cars was not marked off like the other ones ? I restarted my game and still have the same list

Yes dude! It started out nice, and I got like 3 cars and then I slowly lost hope. Then I saw your video once again to hear what you said specifically, about the spawn locations, and immediately I started to eliminate areas of the map. Then I got the whole list within 3 hours. So thank you very much dude for your advice! P.S. I think I can do the list tomorrow too, but a little faster, lol.

@@cjshisno7 I did it again today! It took me a little south of 2 hours getting 10 cars, and I was lucky that it did Not spawn any drug vehicles. Only one guard. I'm not gonna do this everyday, but I see myself doing it everyday one week, eventually when we get double payout from Rockstar.

​@@pyroarmy9_918 I gotta say yes, and no to that. Typically what you have to do, is to physically look for each car. Sometimes they spawn within the city, other times outside. Maybe use a buzzard helicopter or a jet? But sometimes when you deliver the cars, other cars will spawn during that eventually, and also in every blue moon, a car will spawn far away and appear on the radar. Why do that happen? I don't know, it's random luck.

I've never had an exotic export spawn and I've been playing the tuners update since day 1 of it coming out I don't know whether it's glitched out for me or ? But it's annoying

So yesterday was the first time I ever even bothered with the exotic cars. First time and found all 10 in about 2 1/2 hours. Today, as soon as I walk out of my apartment, one spawns, I take it back, and not one car has spawned back in. Wtf

I’m having a problem. I have the glitch where i can see cars spawn miles away, but once i get them there’s no yellow circle at the harbor. I’ve already found tons of cars but i can never deliver them :(

This sounds like something to contact rockstar support about. If you own an auto shop, can see the exotic cars spawn on the map, but cannot deliver them then that sounds like something on the games end and not something that you’re doing wrong again all. Good luck :(

I've noticed that if I have 2 Grotti vehicles on the list, I can find only 8 cars, and the last 2 cars don't spawn. It's happened to me twice now. I've flown around the map up to 4 times to all the spawn points and they're just not there. I'd be interested to know if this is happening for others. Also, I accidently fired a missle from my MK2 as I approached a car and destroyed it, and it looks like destroyed cars don't spawn again, since I never found it.

That’s really weird about the Grotti vehicles, I haven’t heard of this happening but I wouldn’t be too surprised if there were little glitches like this. I did encounter a weird glitch where if a customer brings in a car that’s on the exotic list for that day then you can’t deliver the customers vehicle no matter what lol. Hopefully these are things that rockstar will fix in the coming weeks

This may help you. Okay, I was half way through doing the deliveries in a invite only seccion but the police raid my nightclub, so I said f it and went to a public seccion, guess what, I got a fresh new list so I did it in this public seccion (I looked for a peaceful public seccion)

Just tried to complete this challenge, after 14 hours of looking i decided to give up. I found 9 cars in about 9 hours, and was looking for the last car for about 5 hours. I completed every single random event, but at some point they just stopped appearing, switched lobbies, went into an invite only, nothing worked, restarted the game and I got a couple of random events again but not the last car. I have never been so frustrated over a game before. Also, I didn’t steal any of the cars from an npc, got them all from blue circles on the map. As a last ditch effort, i looked at the map of all the spawns, went to the exact spot of the car spawn, and got nothing Rockstar fix your shit

I understand how frustrating it can be. It sounds like you did everything exactly right but that at some point the game decided to stop. There are a number of weird things that can disrupt the spawns, i'm only still figuring them out. I hope you have better luck on the next attempt!

@@cjshisno7 Yeah I figured that the game fucked up at some point, and it might still be, just went through every spawn point with a new board of cars to collect and got nothing. Is it because im in a invite only session? But thx a lot of the tips mate, great vid.

@@cjshisno7 Just found 2 cars, but when the 3rd one spawned, the blue dot spawned on a player, who supposedly was driving the car i needed, he left 1 min later and the car dissapeared. So it prob fucked up again

This happens every time? This isn't something that you're doing wrong, i think you should contact rockstar support and maybe they can help. I'd love to help you but if the game is disconnecting then it's a problem on the games end not on yours. Good luck and keep me updated!

What time the list changes to new one? I know its not 12am or 12pm either my time or GMT. I know its not 9am in my timezone when daily objectives refresh. What the heck is it then?

I'm not sure the exact time, i think it may be at 0500 EST. As long as you completely quit the game out of the session it should update overnight. I know that a couple people are having issues of it not updating

You must complete atleast ONE Contract mission for Moodyman and Sessanta as leader... then she normally calls you, explaining the nexotic car stuff and the board appears. Did u already completed a MIssion for them?

I do the npc car delivery missions and it does nothing to interrupt the exotic car spawns. Today I did 3 npc car deliveries and got all 10 export vehicle inside 2-3 hours.

Sounds really odd, it definitely should be. When you steal a car that's on the list you should have an anchor icon that spawns at the docks, is the anchor there? Forgive any redundant questions I just want to narrow down the issue

As frustrating as it is to say, there must have been a spot on the map that wasn’t checked. I know it’s annoying lol. There are a couple of out of the way locations that if they aren’t checked then the cars won’t spawn, no matter how long you cruise around. I really wish you the best of luck

U can do random stuff and the cars will still spawn just found all 10 today for my wife and we was returning customer cars in a invite only lobby and got all them there. Also other day I got all 10 cars after doing nothing but cayo's and new contract missions in same lobby got 9 cars in a row. I've heard so much stuff to do for these cars do's and dont's etc and half the ppl are wrong like I just said ppl told me u can only search for the cars that's only way they spawn well what I just said proves those ppl wrong.

Not always but it can definitely. Safest thing to do is launch an invite only session and start knocking it out alone or with friends.

You get $20,000 per car and a $100,000 bonus for completing all 10 cars. So a potential $300,000 a day for collecting them all. It's worth it but i do wish it paid more.

Are you a Xbox, PlayStation, or PC gamer? I know specifically there’s a problem that PC gamers are having with their list and unfortunately I don’t know a work around. If you are Xbox or PS though you could perform a hard reset on the console and ensure everything is closed out entirely. Load single player fully, and then launch an invite only session from there. Your list should now be updated

@@koda4398 try going as far as to turn off the console and then unplug it for 30 seconds. This will cut all internet connection to it temporarily, and hopefully will feed you a new list when you log in again

If a vehicle is destroyed it MAY spawn again but only after all 10 of them spawn in and the cycle repeats. You may be better off trying the next day if that happens

@@dawson.k5282 hmm you may have some luck if you have a friend join who also has the exotic car list. Help them collect the cars normally and when it comes time to snag the one you need then grab it. Alternatively you could play in a public session and try ans find it there. Sadly though the easiest thing to do would be to try again tomorrow

Do you have your Air Freight Cargo set to -SHOW- in the menu? Ensure that it’s on and hop into a new lobby. Avoid doing anything other than looking for the cars right away. Hopefully this will work, I seriously wish you the best of luck

You didn’t happen to try and deliver the Albany Calvacade yesterday did you? There were two different models that share the same name, one that looks kinda like the one from GTA4 and a new one with a chrome grill. If not I’d just make sure you’re in the correct car and ensure that “Air Freight Cargo” is set to show in the menu

@@Mr_Proeftijd hmm that seems strange. Unfortunately you may just be really unlucky. Make sure that when you get on that you are not stealing the common spawns because that could prevent the others from spawning at all. I honestly wouldn’t even look at the list when you get in just as to not have temptation. Just fly around and check the spawns at low altitude and they’ll pop up I promise. This may be a dumb question, but you do have the auto shop right? Again I know that’s a silly question but it would explain why you don’t have the yellow circle

Are you on expanded and enhanced? There is a new glitch in the game that doesn’t let you deliver any of the cars. The yellow circle just flashes over and over again
