The screen is incredibly fragile. Mine broke just carrying it in my backpack inside the Supernote Folio. The company takes weeks to respond and doesn’t stand by the device. I agree with the review, but it’s a risky buy considering the design flaw and complete lack of customer service.

Did they ever respond to you or offer you a replacement? I was convinced on this device but your comment had me searching for negative feedback and some folks have complained that they are very slow to get back to customers.

@@DoSomethingProductive Check out their subreddit. The consensus seems to be that they can be slow in responding - they are a pretty small team - but they WILL get you replacements. I've had the A6X (last gen) for more than a year, I don't baby it, and I haven't had an issue with it at all.
