u have to go to third sea and do a long grueling quest so you can host the raid, but as long as there is someone who did the quest and can host the dough raid, you can stay in second sea

Dough v1 kinda sucks but that’s the reason why u don’t see people using dough v1 offer since v2 is a much better version of dough and it’s a huge upgrade from its base to the awakening. That’s also the reason why dough is also one of the hardest fruits to awaken since u need to beat the dough king which I’m assuming he is max level.
