I just got in on the 3.0 preorder. Can’t wait. It’s the size of the 1.0 but with the 2.0 upgrades and then some. I got the plain ti and satin version. Super pumped for it.

Absolutely love the blade shape on this. Never handled one but there ergos also look excelent. As expensive as it is, it looks like it wants to be used for knife stuff and I dig that.

Oversize hardware should be on EVERY knife, I feel you, MC. The knife makers should hear the feedback loud and clear. Also, recessed and preferably flat screws for the clip should, by now, be standard.

Next to my Strider SnG and my Marfione/Strider MSG-3.5, the Evo 2.0 fits in perfectly. Like a cousin of those two. I can see the slight resemblance of the Smock blade as well.

I like rotten design it's like he took the best design elements from Strider , Medford Dalibor ,Grayman & made something badass .. very awesome design .There is supposed to be a V3 in the works it's supposed to be a Hybrid of the V1 & V2 so that will be cool ..

Sounds like a really good knife. I wanted to ask someone who is familiar with automotive products. Do you know of any knife manufacturer that uses billet aluminum? I am just curious and always consider other products or material that could be made into my favorite products like billet aluminum. How cool would it be to have a solid piece of billet aluminum milled out into a integral and have a cool blade attached to it. I know it will cost a fortune to make but it would definitely be up in the higher price range and perhaps custom made category.

Damn it, I paid aftermarket price for a koenig arius, most I’ve ever spent on a knife love it , no regrets, but now it’s got me considering other knives in that price bracket like this beast! And fear I will never own a full wallet again 😂

I find the overall design and aesthetics really attractive, however I’m not a fan of the large jimping on the spine. I think it’s only comfortable when wearing gloves. Fine jimping is much grippier and comfortable with bare hands.

When a knife maker hits a home run like this knife why don’t they do multiple more drops until purchasing slows to make more money? Do they do it on purpose it seems like they’re hurting themselves by not fully reaching the potential of what this knife could pull in.

As someone with many $1000+ knives, CKF knives have some serious value and quality for the price. I highly recommend getting in on the Evo 3.0 pre-order. It may be a $600 knife but if you don't like it you could sell it on the secondary market with no problem.

For me, personally, this is the most beautiful and the best knife for my taste. In the first 5 for sure. A combination of CRKT Pillar, Medford, XM-18, Strider and all that in the best variant.Wonder a smaller version with carbon fiber ;) Beutifull !!! ! fiber ... Everything can be done from this base !!!
