I dont understand why most shops stick only to 3m. quite frankly I don't really like 3m's materials. it's too easy to over stretch and discolor and overall i've had a few bad experiences with it(bad adhesive, poor print quality on black, etc). I used Avery for the first time the other day and it was wonderful. It layed super easy and felt very nice. definitely going with Avery from now on(as far as black accents go).

Awesome tutorial man. I do have one question. I noticed that you just cut out the vinyl that would have gone into the license plate area. When I wrap my challenger, I'm doing a color change from white to either red or black (haven't decided yet). In any case, is there a technique used to be able to wrap into the license plate area so I have no white showing? Thanks

I did cut it out but that's because I already put an inlay there. When it's done properly you'll have full coverage

Does the vinyl wrap not stick to the bottom plastic trim piece around the bumper an exhaust or was that owner prefrence didn't want it wrapped im gonna be doing my truck soon and im wanting to wrap all of the body panels i have the plastic rocker panels that i want to wrap along with the whole front bumper an back bumper. Local shops in california where I live, a challenger is typically between 3 and 4 thousand for standard colors.

richard Turk cheaper then painting a car and just gives any vehicle owner the ability to make their car stand out. Especially if you can afford it. You get the same feeling from getting a new outfit from wrapping your car, to simplify it.
